```Job Summary``` We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Dental Receptionist to join our team. The Dental Receptionist will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and administrative support in a dental office setting. The ideal candidate will have experience with dental office systems and possess excellent communication skills. ```Responsibilities``` - Greet patients and visitors in a professional and friendly manner - Answer phone calls, schedule appointments, and manage the front desk - Verify insurance coverage and assist with billing and payment processing - Maintain patient records and ensure accuracy of medical information - Coordinate patient referrals to specialists as needed - Follow HIPAA guidelines to ensure patient privacy and confidentiality - Assist with other administrative tasks as assigned ```Skills``` - Proficient in using dental office management software such as Dentrix or eClinicalWorks - Knowledge of medical records management and electronic health record systems - Familiarity with dental terminology and procedures - Excellent organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively - Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry - Exceptional customer service skills, both in person and over the phone - Ability to work well in a team environment and collaborate with colleagues - Knowledge of phone systems and ability to handle high call volumes - Experience working at the front desk of a dental office is preferred If you are a motivated individual with a passion for providing excellent patient care, we encourage you to apply for the position of Dental Receptionist.
